Delivery

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are only sending deliveries out twice a week. As such, your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive. The indicative timings below are from day of dispatch. 

 

UK Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days
£2.00 (orders <£20), £4.50 (orders £20-£99), £7.50 (orders over £100)

Europe Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days
£4.50 (orders <£20), £6.00 (orders £20-£99), £12.50 (orders over £100)

Rest of the World Standard Delivery: 7-9 working days
£6.00 (orders <£20), £12.00 (orders £20-£99), £15 (orders over £100)

 

Delivery - Custom Prints

Unframed Prints (per order): UK £7, Europe £15 (Rest of the World - dependent on destination)

Framed Prints & Canvas (per item): UK £12, Europe £15 (Rest of the World - dependent on destination)

 

Unframed Paper Prints will be despatched within 7 working days.
Framed Prints and Canvas will be despatched within 14 working days.
Delivery lead-times may vary depending on final delivery address and country.

 

UK Delivery

We will make every effort to despatch goods within two working days, and hope to achieve delivery to UK addresses within seven days of receipt of your order, provided the goods are in stock. However, from time to time, through circumstances beyond our control, this may not be possible as in the event that an item proves to be very popular due to media coverage or with busy periods like Christmas and stock take. A small number of items may take longer to arrive (please see product description for details). Please see below for overseas despatches. Please allow up to 30 days for out of stock items and overseas orders. Orders for delivery to other countries are sent by air mail and can normally be expected to arrive within 7 days. However we ask that you allow 14 days from despatch before contacting customer services.

UK Standard Delivery

UK orders are processed in 1-2 days with an estimated arrival time of 2-5 working days from date of dispatch. Postage is calculated on the total value of your shopping basket.

Europe Deliveries

Deliveries to Europe are sent by airmail. Orders are processed in 1-2 days with an estimated arrival time of 5-9 working days from date of dispatch.

Overseas Deliveries

Overseas orders will be sent by airmail. Orders are processed in 1-2 days with an estimated arrival time of 7-9 working days from date of dispatch. Postage is based on the total order value of your basket.

There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. National Theatre Enterprises is not responsible for paying these charges.

Exceptional Delivery Charges

Please note: We reserve the right to vary postage charges as necessary on items that are unusually high in weight, volume or value. We will contact customers to agree the required rate prior to shipping.

Part Deliveries

If you have ordered more than one item, from time to time due to out of stock items we have to deliver your order in separate shipments. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. All delivery charges will be charged to you on the first order/delivery. Any despatch of a parcel thereafter to complete your order will be free of charge.

Order Tracking and Change of Delivery Address

To track your order, simply log in to 'Your Account' and select Track Packages. Your orders will be listed here along with their despatch and delivery status. To change the particulars of your order without having to contact us click "Go" next to "Open and recently despatched orders" within "Your Account". You can also cancel, review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the despatch process i.e. as long as it isn't listed as "despatching soon" or "recently despatched". Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds

You can return an order to the address listed below, or in person at the National Theatre Bookshop.

Please always provide proof of purchase, preferably the order confirmation e-mail and the card used for the purchase. We can only refund the card used to place the original order.

If I change my mind or cancel my order:

You can return an order to us within 7 working days for a refund if you change your mind about your purchase. Products must be in the same condition as received i.e. packaging in tact. Christmas refunds extension period: for any orders placed after the 14th November, we will be extending our returns period to the 13th January. All other criteria for refunds apply.

Please notify us within 7 days via phone, e-mail or letter, to be entitled to a refund. You must cover the costs of returning the order to us. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, within a 30 day limit.

Refunds are not possible if the product has been personalised or made to your specifications i.e. a customised print.

Refunds will be processed after products have been received by the National Theatre Bookshop.

Custom Print Returns:

If you wish to return a print, whether you have changed your mind or it has arrived damaged, please contact us at bookshop@nationaltheatre.org.uk or on +44 (0)207 452 3456 as soon as possible.

Once an order is received, we only have a few hours before it goes to print. Therefore we can only guarantee a refund if we receive notice from the customer before the item is printed. Once an order has gone to print we are not liable to refund a bespoke product unless damaged.

In the rare instance of a damaged item being received, please contact the National Theatre Bookshop within 5 working days of delivery.
