Collect your online orders in our bookshop for free!
Please place your orders for click and collect by Saturday 20th December. After this date, we cannot guarantee your order will be ready for collection before we close for Christmas.
If you are planning on popping by to purchase a specific gift, you can call us in advance to check if we have the item in stock, before you make the journey!

We are pleased to offer you the option of collecting your order in person at our bookshop for free! To pick up in-store, simply select this option on our checkout page.
Please collect your order from the National Theatre Bookshop. The address is: National Theatre Bookshop, National Theatre, Upper Ground, South Bank, London SE1 9PX
When you arrive at the bookshop, please ask one of the bookshop team to help you collect your order.
You can collect your order from our bookshop between 10.00 am - 10.00 pm, Monday-Saturday.
We aim to process our click and collect orders in two-four working days.
You will receive an email from us when your order is ready to be collected. Please save this email to show to our team when collecting your order.
We encourage you to look out for this email before arriving to collect your order, to avoid any disappointment.
Please pick up your order within two weeks of receiving the ready to collect email. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us to discuss an alternative collection date or available shipping options.
If the two-week collection deadline has passed and we have not heard from you, we will refund your order in full within seven working days. You will receive a refund notification email when this has been processed. Please note, it could take a further ten working days for the refund to appear in your payment account.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer in-store collection for print on demand prints. This is because they are made in Suffolk by King and McGaw and shipped directly by them to your address.
We also currently do not offer collection on print on demand apparel, which is made and shipped to you directly by Teemill.
