All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service.
We offer UK customers a choice between Standard Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We ship European and International orders using a Royal Mail tracked service.
We aim to ship all orders within two working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped which contains your parcel tracking number.

Our standard delivery times vary according to the delivery destination and delivery service chosen. Delivery takes approximately:
UK: 2–5 working days
Europe: 5–7 working days
International: 10–14 working days
If your order contains print-on-demand items or subscriptions, these will be dispatched separately to the rest of your order and shipping will be calculated dependent on the items in your cart.
For UK customers, we offer the option of upgrading your shipping service to Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees delivery by 1:00 pm the next working day.

We send international orders tracked. If you have placed an international order, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping dispatch email. If you cannot see your tracking number, please contact us.
There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. National Theatre Enterprises is not responsible for paying these charges.
At present, we are only able to ship out books and plays to Europe and US due to shipping regulations. We hope to reopen more product groups soon. Thank you for your patience whilst we work on resolving this.
Please note, we reserve the right to vary postage charges as necessary on items that are unusually high in weight, volume or value. We will contact customers to agree the required rate prior to shipping.
If you have ordered more than one item, there is a chance that we will ship out your items to you in separate parcels. Our team will contact you to let you know.
Print on demand items and subscriptions will also be sent out separately from the rest of your order.
Delivery costs are a one off fee charged when you purchase a subscription. This charge covers all monthly postage costs throughout the duration of your subscription.

On purchasing a subscription, you will receive a welcome pack. You will receive your first title at the start of the next new month. We send out our subscriptions at the start of every month.
You can collect your subscription book/play in our bookshop each month. We will email you each month when your subscription is ready to collect. Please show this email to the team on collection.
Our print on demand prints are included in our free shipping offer.

We are delighted to be able to offer customisable print-on-demand prints in collaboration with King and McGaw. Each print is made by hand in the UK, which does mean these take a little longer to prepare.
King and McGaw will dispatch your custom print directly to you from their studio in Sussex. It can take up to four weeks for prints to be created and sent.
You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order has been dispatched.
If you have ordered other items, which are not printed on demand, these will be shipped separately by our team at the bookshop and standard delivery times and charges apply.
Please note, we are unable to make changes to print on demand orders/items once they have been placed.
