1. I can't log-in to my account

If you have forgotten your password, choose 'Sign in / Register' at the top of this page and follow the 'Forgot Your Password' link. If you have forgotten your e-mail address or don’t receive the help e-mail, talk to us at ecommerce@nationaltheatre.org.uk

2. How do I claim a refund or cancel my order?

Visit our Returns page.

3. Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?

Yes, we post to all four corners of the world. Just select your country during the checkout stage.

4. I can't find what I'm looking for; can I order it from the Bookshop?

Yes, absolutely. Please phone the Bookshop on 020 7452 3456 and our team will be happy to help place an order over the telephone.

Alternatively you can call or e-mail the Bookshop to check stock and reserve items to collect in person.

5. Is the Bookshop accessible?

Yes. We are on the ground floor of the National Theatre. There are accessible toilets nearby and lifts to other floors in the main foyer.

6. I've written a book/designed a tea towel/knitted a tea cosy. Will you sell it?

E-mail the Bookshop and we'll be happy to pass on to the relevant member of the team for consideration.

7. Do you do events?

Yes – if you have a general enquiry please visit the National Theatre website here.

If you would like to hire a space in the Theatre or host a private event, click here.

8. Will I see National Theatre actors/directors/celebs in your shop?

We like to create an unobtrusive atmosphere where everybody feels welcome to browse, read and buy. So if you see someone, play it cool.

9. I need a monologue. Help!

Our crack team of booksellers are available to help – pay us a visit, give us a call, or e-mail and we will do our very best to point you in the right direction.

10. Do you do coffee?

Visit the Bookshop on the ground floor of the National Theatre and there's a lovely cafe called Kitchen right next door.
